This is Mrtools's PA WPR (Williams %R) which utilizes the Jurik algorithm for smoothing. Ehlers's PA (Phase Accumulation) adds together price bars & finds out how many bars it takes to complete a certain "cycle". Be sure to try out Mrtools's code here: viewtopic.php?p=1295481480#p1295481480
