I use JAFX for crypto trading. Will they be affected?

If JAFX is regulated by CySEC, yes, it affects them too.

Also, if you're trading with them from the US keep in mind that the CTFC are suing them for accepting US clients and that will affect them too.

CySEC is going to implement new AML/CFT rules according to the EU Fifth Directive (AMLD5).
