This is a MLaden MT5 step rsi indicator I find very useful hut I need it converted to an MT4 version. Could you please convert it t0 MT4? Thank you

Based on code Volatility Stop by Artyom Trishkin, Aleksandr Slavskii than added Zigzag.
Please convert it to MT4.
