That's terrifying. These incidents revolving around the newest generation of batteries are happening more and more frequently, it's a miracle they haven't caused serious fire or injuries yet :wtf:

Wowww it seems that iPhones are not that perfect as they are advertised. Hope Apple will take responsible actions and prevent further disasters. And a friend advise to all iPhone users – do not sleep with your phone you never know when it will blow up

Oh, this sounds terrific. I have never faced such an issue, but these cases with incendiary devices which are catching fire without an apparent reason are just not normal. Apple should really undertake some actions to prevent this incidents from happening.

I have a friend who, despite being always willing to buy herself the newest electronic gadget that comes out on the market, stubbornly uses her 12-year old brick-like cellphone that is by now an antique. I'm starting to think she might be onto something.

It appears that the older and not so attractive in appearance devices seem to be more reliable, safe and properly functioning than the new technological innovations :D
