Can a MT4 indicator/ea/script change timeframe when MA is crossed?

Is it possible to make an indicator/ea/script
that would change timeframe, say when an MA is crossed or when some other condition is met?

Yes,everything is possible in coding world if there is valid logic and reason - anyway when you click next,it can change TF

Yes, it can be done with the new mt4 builds
