Create a new folder under MQL5\Indicators
Name it exactly as below:

Cagliostro's Trinity

Put indicators from rar file in this folder
Then the provided template should work
Run the XU Clean Script - see here: post1295576937.html#p1295576937
Save the template
Reload the template
Everything should be OK

I did what you suggested but nothing happened, so should I add them one at a time? Are there no changes?

It looks like you have already unpacked the .rar. Now rename the Caglistro folder to Cagliostro's Trinity folder and cut and paste it into MQL5\Indicators as you did before. MT5 Xard and Beatle's Millionaire Maker threads.

Add the name exactly the same as the complete name of the .rar file and extract it inside.
.../MQL5/Indicators/"Cagliostro's Trinity"
