TIME FRAME
The system works on all time frames, I backtested and traded mainly on 5M and 15M. I usually check bias on 1H and execute on 5H or, alternatively if have not much time to stay in front of the charts use 4H bias and execute on 15M.

TRADED INSTRUMENTS
GBPUSD (OR EURUSD), GBPJPY, XAUUSD, UK100 during London session
XAUUSD, US30, USDCAD, USDCHF, USDJPY during New York session

I will answer the second question, as @-L- kindly pointed to the first post.

To avoid consolidation you can:

• Wait for the trend to be formed, aka big zigzag sema plus a second dot (the Xard holy law)

• Wait for a volume breakout, you can use VWAP or any other volume indicator

• Wait for a break and retest of the 51 EMA

Any or all of the three conditions would make you wait, lose pips, but also trade safe.

Patience is the answer to 90% of traders' questions.

I usually exit when a contrary zigzag (sema) arrow appears, or when candles change trend. Today's trades were originally one that I splitted as the EMA 51 got a reverse.

Alkemix Trading System 2.0

Hi guys, an update before the summer break. I will be trading for a couple of weeks more, than will focus on finding some relax with the family in August.

Here an update to version 2.0 of the Alkemix Trading System.

Rules stay the same, looking for confluences and following the trend. The major changes here are related to the bottom part of the chart, where I changed almost everything apart from the RSIOMA (I added an ma to it, so it is easy to identify a strong move earlier, just look for the RSIOMA to cross its EMA and it rarely goes back).

Histograms:

• 1st row from top: added Genesis, I extensively tested it and even if it is not perfect for the system, it is the closest thing to the graal we can have today.

• 2nd row from top: added VWAP, volume is the king, I tried to trade without it but data is data, we leave some pips on the ground but trades are much safer.

• 3rd row from top: added a modded GANN swing HL

• 4th row from top: added another GANN swing HL with HTF settings.

Today I traded only US30 and trades are still running with really huge profits.
PS: huge thanks to @kvak and @MrTools for their indicators and @curioso for the watermark, it's a cool thing.

I have just revisit your thread today (since last thursday...) and going to give it a try...
I've using genesis for sometimes now and I feel it needs a few filters, maybe this is it !

Today's trade using The Alkemix 2.0, XAUUSD M1, wasn't the best one but still manage to TP, I am using strict 1:2 RR
