When can I consider the example below as the start of a reversal and not a fake signal, indicating that the trend is still going up or down?

After being stopped out 3 times in a row this morning by our Wall Street friend. V for Vendetta, in reality got both trades with 2 different accounts. It tested the Asian low before taking off, closed when the big contrarian arrow appeared. Lost 3%, recovered 7%. Lesson learned, be more careful on Monday morning.

The only good trade is the one I underlined, the rest were not good, I really advice you to short BELOW the daily entry line. The underlined one was very clear and safe.

PS: be careful with futures, the system give its best with forex, gold, and indexes.

I think its not a good idea to use 1M if you did not master the 5M/15M trading with this system.

System is not fine tuned for 1M, use standard Xard. You'd have late entries with Alchemix.

PS: 1M is the hardest timeframe to trade.

I've looked through the entire thread and you mentioned that you take a look at 15 min and zoom it down to 5 min. Would be great to understand how you analyze on 15 min than 5 min because you get a delayed signal on 15 min vs 5 min. See attached example. I was looking at gold and on 7.24.2024 at 21:00 signal was there although RSIOMA was in between 50-20 so it was already over sold. When I zoomed into 5 min, RSIOMA was below 10. I see this often that when 15 min gives signal, 5 min is already in oversold or over brought region. Would love to understand how you analyze because this was a pretty good trade but people might not have taken because of RSIOMA over extended.

Hi, in this case you had a big sema in your favor, a clear breakdown supported by the histos, and the RSIOMA cross in OB condition, the short was super safe to take much earlier.

Regarding the HTF analysis it is necessary to see the macro trend, to understand the story, but you need to execute on lower TF. Does not matter if you trade 15M/4H, or 5M/15M, or whatever couple you use. If you look for alignment of all the indicators on the higher TF you will be safe, but also 100% super late on the lower TF.

So get smart, zoom out, get your trend story for the day, write it on a paper. Then zoom in, to catch your opportunities.
