Fusion of Bollinger and STARC band "bollinger-starc-bands-signals"

It is an Inge that displays the Bolivan and STARC bands and lights up the signal when crossed.

The STARC band is a combination of SMA and ATR.
It functions as a volatility band like Bolivan.

The signal that appears is trend follow.
It can also be used when you want to measure volatility with multiple indicators.

For the method, you get to choose from the basic 4:
Simple Moving Average,
Exponential Moving Average,
Smooth Moving Average, and
Linear Weighted Moving Average.

For the prices, you get to choose from the basic 7:
Close, Open, High, Low, Median, Typical, or Weighted.

You can choose to display 1 band, double bands, or multiple bands.

I was able to make the Moving Averages in 2 colors.
Green for short-term uptrend.
Red for short-term downtrend.

Best TimeFrame: H1 or higher
