I created Binary option stratgey and idea for the binary traders and this topic is a new concept as mentioend in subject.
Here I suggest to STOP arguments or fight for the posted methods, strategy and rules.
Post can be done with snaps , indicators.

see how we can predit trade position.

no need to take any trade if the rules not meets.
Stay & Watch trend once the market comes to meets RULE

see the reversal bar closing time clarity for open trade in next bar !!!

see after reversal bar close , what happened !!

1 rule not meets - so trade cannot open for new bar.

judge from your idea and take trade with condifent of rules.
