2nd pa bar open price is above than the previous bar (1st bar) closed price in same direction.

the pic you posted to trade on 3rd bar, is i think not good, the trade on 4 th bar is perfect one according to pa. , do note if the trend has strarted the previous 2 bar must be of same color and also it must break the snr of 2 bars previously, then you can trade on 4th bar
