You can use the Parabolic SAR for exits.

Any indicators that can make you stay at winning trade as much as possible, and also make you exit at the right time will be good exit indicator
Based on my opinion,
Klinger Volume Oscillator (KVO) is one of the best exit indicator
exit buy trade when histogram below zero and vis versa
