US Senator Thom Tillis (Republican) is initiating an investigation into restrictions on Starshield in Ukraine.
He suggests that the issue may have occurred at a more localized level—within the Pentagon’s Starshield systems—rather than originating from Starlink or SpaceX.
"I do not expect Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth to provide transparency on this matter, so we will call upon the Department of Defense Inspector General to launch an investigation and submit a report to Congress and the American people," Tillis wrote.
