Please help me to change colour of RSIOMA Period, when ever +ve cross of RSIOMA with MA plot Blue, -ve cross plot Red as shown in image ( I had changed colour using paint prush in image)

Also change histogram colour to green if RSIOMA above 50 and red if RSIOM is below 50
