Can this Case be solved.
If I apply this indicator on M1 chart to Generate M2, it creates a new M2 TF chart.
Then we restart MT4.
Now another M2 chart is genrated automatically.
So, I have total : TWO M2 TF charts, 1st is the before restart and 2nd is after restart.
Every time we restart MT4 : A NEW chart is auto genrated.
This keeps on repeating after every Restart.

NOTE:
When opening an offline window, it is delayed, not by the calculation, but by the fuse that guards the windows when MT4 is launched. This thing waits until all windows are opened and then continues to create the offline window.
