Use a M1 chart as a base for the most precise feed for offline chart.

See Mode input - 3 options, Renko is bottom option.

Box size pips or points?
1 pip (forex) equals 10 points (Indices).
Forex use box size 5 pips for example.
For Indices equals box size 50 points.

Check in Experts or Journal of MT4 Terminal panel for
'custom indicator loaded successfully'
