All "averages" can be applied to levels.
I am added this calculation to some average function for testing.

MA Levels (based on Mladen's "Smoother Level" indicator) with All Timeframes

This is updated indicator with ATF (all timeframes). and some menus.
I am also added 45 minute, 2 days and 5 days timeframes only for experimenting.
I am still working on ATF mod code , this is new version with different style of interpolating.
+1,+2 and +3 HTF (higher timeframes) working only for native MT4 timeframes.
