I’m pretty sure something like this could be integrated into a Symbol Changer. However, I prefer doing my chart layouts and markings by hand, and the problem with Symbol Changers is that when you switch assets, they keep all your drawing objects on the same chart, just at different price levels...

There is (still) a lot Traders use it until Now.
And They can't moved to MT5 version because have many Reasons (moreover still used OLD Computer or Laptop)

What is timeframe?
A timeframe is a time property of a chart point. It is a time resolution of a chart. In trading, each bar or candle represents the price movement during a specific period. The length of this period is equal to the chart's timeframe.
