The Alpha Beta Filter & the Kalman Filter are computed variants of the EMA which are both used for radars, missiles & nav systems. Our member Rodrigo has now made the pure (Ehlers) Alpha Beta Filter for MT4 which can be referred to as a "Turbocharged" EMA. It provides very interesting signals.
