if u want Chris Drysdale’s "VWAP WAVE SYSTEM" rules that Xard mentioned you have it here :

VWAP Wave Core Setup Guide - Chris Drysdale.pdf
Thank you so much @Vetis, your help was key in clarifying the timeframes for the Xard system. I confirm I'll be sticking with H1 as the roadmap, M15 for confirmation, and M4 for entry. I discarded M1 due to the excessive noise.

As you can see in the attached images, the trade went well: I entered correctly and exited when the opposite dot appeared, although the price continued rising after my exit. I believe the strategy of entering and exiting at each opposing dot after an impulse is the most consistent approach, since keeping a very tight stop can make you lose the profit if the price comes back to retest previous zones.

My current questions are:

1. **ADR:** How should I read it correctly? I notice that sometimes the ADR shows negative while the impulse is clearly bullish, and it takes time to reflect the shift from negative to positive. Should I prioritize price structure over the ADR and use it only as a directional guide?

2. **Home Lab (left panel):** I also notice it takes time to align with the chart. Is there any post or resource that explains how to correctly interpret both the positive/negative ADR and the Home Lab panel?

I understand no system is perfect, but I want to make sure I'm reading the available information correctly. Thanks in advance!

And of course, a huge thank you to @Xard for this amazing system. 👏
