I can give some good news. I have found a sort of edge in the market. I had to remove myself from all the foolish teachings and indicators. Only 1 thing matters: strength and weakness. I'll provide you with a nugget of advice. Pick a time frame you want to trade; then select 3 moving averages that reflect the major moves. If you are trying to trade the lower time frames (1, 5, 15 MIN, etc.), choose large moving averages that represent hours, days, or a week. Once you figure this out, you need a contrarian indicator to represent the sell side. I recommend the WVF.

You then have to create your own entry and exit rules. You also need a currency basket indicator, like the CCFP. Try to select two averages that represent the strength of currencies in a linear fashion. This will tell you where to look for highly probable trades. I'll show you quickly. I have an example on the 1-hour (EURUSD) chart and chose the 24/120 LWMAs (Linear Weighted Moving Averages). I selected the CCFP and chose 24/120 MAs linear weighted. This information tells me where to look for trades. In the example, EUR is gold and USD is white. Another thing to note is that when one value is above zero and the other is below zero, this situation provides excellent confluence. This is not for entries, but just to tell you where to look.

Then I want something that reveals the sell-side strength independently. This is where the WVF comes in. If you discover a better indicator that can do this, then great. Now the WVF is not used for this purpose, but this is how I interpret the indicator. I recommend the WPR (120) and WVF (120) with 120 LWMAs added to both indicator windows. The key is that the CCFP tells you where to look, while the chart LWMAs confirm the directional bias. For buys, you want the WPR above the MA and the WVF below, and vice versa for sells.

This trading strategy can give you highly probable trade setups. If the CCFP has two currencies close to each other, there could be a struggle in price movement. You want the path of least resistance. Again, this is an example, so research and try different things, but I feel this may help you in your journey.
