I placed the Ultimate Trade Assistant.ex4 into my Expert folder as instructed, I also copied the entire Millionaire Maker folder into my Indicators folder. But when I open MT4 it refuses to get attached to my chart. I also copied the Millionaire Maker.tpl file to MQL4/Templates. I will send a screenshot to show what I mean.
