Band Cross Arrows - this logic is implement in this version, choose On STDEV band cross .
For options relative ma true/false - not, it is not possible, I use this menu in old average pack, where is standart MA and relative MA is in separate functions. now they are combined into one function and not make sence code it separate now. Simple, if you want use classic ema, choose in menu EMA and for regularized EMA, choose this average, but calculation is same in both indicators/functions.
Another think, MT5 indicator is made in different way to calculate bands, I dont use iBands/iStdDev like in MT4 version.
