Not sure if its been done before but I am seeking an alert indicator that will alert when stochastic is overbought/sold but also references if 2 moving averages (slow and fast) before it gives the alert.

Eg. Buy alert for oversold stochastic and fast MA is above the slow MA and vice versa for sell alert.
