This is Kvak's xRSI Dots indicator for MT4. It uses the "Dots" display to interpret the relative speed of price & has been further enhanced with MTF + Full RSI Pack (RSX, Laguerre & more) allowing this non-repainting RSI to be applied traditionally for identifying tops/bottoms, as well as for swing trading entries.
