Just place the whole folder "GreenPips" in the indicators folder.
It's more organizing if we put everything related into 1 folder.
Not all indicators have on/off button.
I'm working on it so this is version 1.00.
In the next version, I'll try to convert more.

new John Ehlers' "Laguerre Filters (on chart)". If a complete candle is above the line,
go LONG/BUY.

new John Ehlers' "Elegant Oscillator". We always need a histogram to check for divergences. If histogram crosses up zero, go LONG/BUY.
In this indicator, there's a dotted line. That line can pinpoint peaks and troughs.
