Cagliostro's Trinity System
Cagliostro, Thu Nov 27, 2025 9:09 pm
Hey everyone,
After years of developing indicators and refining my approach, I'm releasing my new complete trading framework: the Trinity System.
The name says it all:
โข 3 Timeframes (Current + 2 Higher)
โข 3 Signal Types (Structure + Momentum + Levels)
โข 3 Convergence Points (Azimuth + Oracle + Black Zones)
The core principle is simple: CONVERGENCE IS EVERYTHING.
One indicator can lie. Two can disagree. But when three independent systems across multiple timeframes all point in the same direction? That's when the probability shifts heavily in your favor.
This is not a "set and forget" system. It's a framework that teaches you to wait for alignment before pulling the trigger.
PS: It works on any TF but it's tested, daily used and optimized for TF from M1 to M30. You must increase Bars in Azimuth for swing trading, as it requires more resources.

PART 1: THE THREE PILLARS
PILLAR 1: AZIMUTH โ Structure & Setup Detection
Azimuth answers the question: WHERE is the trade?
It uses multiple ZigZag technology to map market structure (L1-L4 swings) and generates setup signals at potential reversal points. The key features:
โข Multi-level ZigZag (L1 = noise, L2 = minor, L3 = major, L4 = primary trend)
โข Dynamic candle coloring based on price position vs MA and AVWAP
โข Anchored VWAP zones for value area context
HOW TO READ IT:
- Setup signal appears (arrow or marker at swing point)
- Candles turn GREEN = price closed ABOVE MA and AVWAP = BULLISH bias
- Candles turn RED = price closed BELOW MA and AVWAP = BEARISH bias
- Candles GRAY/NEUTRAL = no clear bias, stay out
PILLAR 2: THE ORACLE โ Multi-Timeframe Momentum Consensus
Oracle answers the question: WHEN should I trade? You know it but this version has been rewritten completely from scratch with new models and two new indicators. It combines 7 independent indicators into one consensus signal. But here's the key: we use THREE Oracle instances stacked across timeframes.
HOW TO READ IT:
- Each Oracle shows consensus (e.g., 5/7, 6/7, 7/7)
- Direction matters more than strength
- ALL THREE must agree: all bullish OR all bearish
- If even ONE disagrees โ NO TRADE
PILLAR 3: BLACK ZONES โ Institutional Support & Resistance
Black Zones answer the question: WHY does price react here?
These are high-probability S/R levels where institutional activity has occurred. It has been completely rewritten too, and now it includes a new fractal logic, liquidity logic, fixes, market profile and PDH/PDL.
HOW TO READ IT:
- Black rectangles/lines mark institutional zones
- DEMAND zones (support) = potential LONG entries
- SUPPLY zones (resistance) = potential SHORT entries
- Price AT or NEAR a zone = setup is valid
- Price far from any zone = wait for better location

PART 2: ENTRY RULES
Before entering ANY trade, run through this TRINITY CONVERGENCE CHECKLIST:
โ AZIMUTH: Setup signal present?
โ AZIMUTH: Candle color confirms direction?
โ ORACLE #1 (Current TF): Aligned with trade direction?
โ ORACLE #2 (1st HTF): Aligned with trade direction?
โ ORACLE #3 (2nd HTF): Aligned with trade direction?
โ BLACK ZONE: Price at relevant HTF zone?
โ ALL SIX BOXES CHECKED โ ENTER THE TRADE
โANY BOX UNCHECKED โ DO NOT TRADE, WAIT
LONG ENTRY CONDITIONS (all must be true):
1. Azimuth shows BULLISH setup signal at a swing low
2. Candles have turned GREEN (price > MA and AVWAP)
3. Oracle #1 (Current TF) is BULLISH (green, consensus positive)
4. Oracle #2 (1st HTF) is BULLISH
5. Oracle #3 (2nd HTF) is BULLISH
6. Price is AT or NEAR a Black Zone DEMAND
โ Enter LONG on the next candle open after all conditions align.
SHORT ENTRY CONDITIONS (all must be true):
1. Azimuth shows BEARISH setup signal at a swing high
2. Candles have turned RED (price < MA and AVWAP)
3. Oracle #1 (Current TF) is BEARISH (red, consensus negative)
4. Oracle #2 (1st HTF) is BEARISH
5. Oracle #3 (2nd HTF) is BEARISH
6. Price is AT or NEAR a Black Zone SUPPLY level
โ Enter SHORT on the next candle open after all conditions align.

PART 3: EXIT RULES โ STOP LOSS
Your stop loss is placed at the STRUCTURAL INVALIDATION POINT โ the Azimuth swing that generated your setup.
FOR LONG TRADES:
Stop Loss = Below the swing LOW that created the bullish setup
(This is typically an L2 or L3 swing low on Azimuth)
FOR SHORT TRADES:
Stop Loss = Above the swing HIGH that created the bearish setup
(This is typically an L2 or L3 swing high on Azimuth)
WHY THIS WORKS:
If price breaks the swing that generated your setup, the structure is invalidated. The trade thesis is wrong. Get out.
PRACTICAL TIP:
Add a few pips buffer beyond the swing to avoid stop hunts. I typically use swing +/- 3-5 pips depending on the pair's spread.
PART 4: EXIT RULES โ TAKE PROFIT
Take profit when ANY of these conditions occur:
CONDITION A: Structure Shift (Primary Exit)
An L3 swing forms AGAINST your trade direction AND candles flip color.
FOR LONGS: Exit when Azimuth prints an L3 swing HIGH and candles turn RED/NEUTRAL
FOR SHORTS: Exit when Azimuth prints an L3 swing LOW and candles turn GREEN/NEUTRAL
WHY: L3 is a significant structural level. When the market creates an L3 against you and confirms with color change, the move is likely exhausted.
CONDITION B: Black Zone Target (Level-Based Exit)
Price reaches the NEXT significant Black Zone from HTF.
FOR LONGS: Exit at the next Black Zone SUPPLY (resistance) above entry
FOR SHORTS: Exit at the next Black Zone DEMAND (support) below entry
WHY: Institutional zones attract profit-taking. Don't be greedy โ take what the market gives you.
CONDITION C: Market Profile Levels (Optional)
If you have Market Profile active, exit at key value levels:
โข POC (Point of Control) โ highest volume node
โข VAH (Value Area High) โ for longs
โข VAL (Value Area Low) โ for shorts
WHY: These levels represent fair value consensus. Price often stalls or reverses here.
EARLY EXIT: Convergence Break
If ANY Oracle flips against your position while in a trade:
โข Option 1: Tighten stop to breakeven
โข Option 2: Take partial profits
โข Option 3: Exit completely if 2+ Oracles flip
Enjoy and get rich!
