step 3 - Down Arrow moved up as expected, with a a pullback showing the importance to wait for mini dot confirmation before opening any position
(now waiting for minidot to appear on m15 chart - then tdi signal crossing up will be a good opening signal)

this also shows that you can't trust last big arrow until it has been confirmed with 2nd big dot (many parameters to check meantime - important news, market sentiment, etc...)
