I wait for first 2nd dot. When 2nd dot appears then I take attention. Once candle closed turn red, confirm with sub indicators , you take entry. AVWAP helping me to see where is 2nd dot position related to big arrow.
For my opinion, better entry if below AVWAP line. But again, nothing 100% accurate. You must consider many things before taking entries in this hard forex world.
You can repeat this on every 2nd dot appears.

Please have a look at this. From the image below, the jurik volty bands indicator comes with arrows that I enabled on a M30 timeframe. Can you see how it appeared beside the blue and pink dots? I couldn't enable the arrows from the template you shared.
