OK, I am looking at my MT4 files and this appears to be the last setup that I was working on prior to moving to MT5.
I think I will complete it and post it with full source as a starting base from which to work from.

I have found another setup that is quite nice but appears to be not 100%, so lets fix that too and post the full source.
After I have done that I can look at the MT5 conversion of v014.
