This is TDI Synergy avgs with Supertrend histogram setup with ATR multiplier 2.0.

The picture attached shows the 2 hour charts, then go to the 30 minutes to double check TDI position and counter divergence, and then use 5 minutes charts for the best entry.
3 minutes charts can also be used for entries but I normally use the 5 mins.

Everyone has his own way to do it, mine is just the one that suits my eyes.
