The default settings of this indicator look like this: So, I think that the BB Stops is the two-colored line.
Also, I found another version of this indicator: and this one was modified and posted by you upon some other person's request from the file which I am using.

Also, the signature on both is www.forex-tsd.com (the old forum which is now in mql4/5 forum).
So, you probably have it somewhere, or know where to find the source code...
