Here are revised VSA indicators set

I got this set of indicators from free-full-vsa-indicator-set-for-mt4 but many of them are not working. I use AI to edit the code and it works but I can't post it in ForexFactory (don't know the reason). So I'm sharing it here in case it's useful.
