It's not a repaint, it's an issue about refresh, a well know bug. What is your broker? IC Markets/ Pepperstone/ ?

For everyone facing such freezes ensure you limit the number of bars in the MT5 client. The Oracle is pretty sensitive to data stream velocity from the broker and client responsiveness for data sync.
