You have a liquidity and whether PR appears or not depends on the volume in that price zone. Is there enough volume for PR to appear? Normally, if a PR appears in a price zone at higher time frames, it is an important price zone. Sometimes, if there is no PR, we already have liquidity, the price will find other liquidity.
