Made it an option to choose average true range or average daily range, the default settings are for daily time frame but left it to be a choice. Hope that will work.

Dear mrtools,

I have a few suggestions for improvement.
Would it be possible to add a timer (perhaps next to the button) that indicates when new levels are being calculated?
This would be especially useful on lower timeframes.

Additionally, could past levels be displayed at the corresponding chart positions?
Perhaps there is a way to implement this without compromising too much clarity.
