This is Williams ultimate oscillator with added bb stops, floating levels, smoothing option, and outer level coloring.

PS: This indicator was created in continuation of our latest "UMA Bands" indicators, here: Ultimate Moving Average Bands.
Dear mrtools, I seem to have found a bug. If you put ultimate - oscillator (bb stops) into the same window as other indicators, irregular graffiti will appear.
