Strategy 2, how to use it for smaller time frames (m1, m5, m15)funchi wrote: Tue Jan 14, 2025 10:54 am The ‘Apollo Smart Level Trader.ex4’ indicator is a little difficult to display in the ‘FNC_DB’.
I think FUNCHI (father) would have refused as the type who couldn't do it.
It would be a waste of time if I created it and it was wrong,
Could you post it as a new topic in ‘Trading Systems’?
I would like to understand the trading strategy and how to use the ‘Apollo Smart Level Trader.ex4’ indicator in that topic.
1) Gann Made Easy buy signal, then go up 1 or 2 time frames and check if the smart level trader is showing buy signals (to confirm the Gann signal)
Smart Level Trader buy signals = uptrend, buy, reversal (continuation)
The summary of the attached example shows that the Gann signal was made on M1, after going up to M5 it was confirmed with buy signals (2x) + reversal signal (attached photos)
*The summary is that the confirmation of the smart level trader needs to be 1 or two time frames above the Gann signal, always following if it is a buy = Gann signal + buy, uptrend, reversal (on larger time frames)
If it is a sell = Gann signal + downtrend, sell, reversal (on larger time frames)
Preferably two signals together
buy+buy or buy+reversal or uptrend+buy (strong confirmation of buying on the higher time frames of the gann signal)
if it is a confirmation of selling sell+sell or sell+reversal or downtrend+sell (strong confirmation of selling on the higher time frames of the gann signal)
*in the second example with photos the gann signal appears in m5
after rising to m15 to seek confirmation there was buy+buy
after rising to m30 there is also confirmation of uptrend (so it was confirmed that the m5 signal is good because m15 and m30 have purchase confirmations)
