Here is another picture for reference with Red and Green Arrows (Diamonds), instead of all Black, to show more clearly that the arrows should fire when the RSI crosses below the Signal Line (Shown with Red Arrows) and Arrows will fire when the RSI crosses above the Signal Line (Shown with Green Arrows).
