-external bands are oversold/ bought areas
-histograms going above or below zero indicate a possible reversal
-histograms going below the MA, while this is in a overbought condition can indicate a pullback and bullish trend continuation. Vice versa for bearish scenarios.

Suggested settings: normalization at 200 for trend identification
