What I learned last week, doing a challenge like last week is very stressful and exhausting, mentally and physical, I learned to train my mind during this challenge to give everyone the best possible experience to interpret and achieve their goals, crazy, crazy, but the mentality of a winner and continue the journey of making a difference every day.
