Could you please explain more about the entry rules for the following trade?

For me, this seems like a very risky trade, so I'd appreciate more clarification:

1- DN trend is down.
2- Price is below the daily open.
3- Price is below VWAP.
4- It’s the 2nd small dot.

Please clarify these points so I can better understand
