Putin's Russia celebrated "Navy Day" with pomp today. But this is what the real state of affairs in the Red Banner Black Sea looks like - and this was done by a country that does not have its own navy at all.

By the way, the Red Banner is no longer in the Black Sea either - it is currently busy hiding in Abkhazia.
