Is it possible to add an /arrow alert option :

Like this :
*As long as the cloud remains above level 0: The arrow will only be displayed each time the fast WPR breaks level 0 upwards.
* Vice versa for the cloud below level 0.
*New opposite signal big arrow when slow WPR breaks
level 0.
