Re: 💱 Swap-free accounts: What is the cost?

On FxPro, the expanded symbols (Futures) have no swap charge, they do however have expiry date that ranges from 1 to 3 months. So instead of trading Gold for example and be charged swap, you can trade its future equivalent. The spread is only very slightly higher (in relation to the "normal" symbol - 4 instead of average of 3), no other charges apply. I would say however that FxPro spreads are on the high side - well you can't have everything.

I would love to see other brokers equivalent symbols with no swap charged (these have to be futures I guess) if anybody can share.

Im interested in swap free accounts, because i've noticed that if you let orders opened during a long time, fees can bee through the roof

hence i'm currently interested in swap free accounts.

but what is the costs exactly ? is it just a bigger spread ? or a bigger commission ?

I want to know if we still have to pay something on the long term or if it's just one time fee per order

thanks

Jeff
