Dynamic Money Flow (DMF) indicator with Filled Area + Fast & Slow MA & Slope Coloring

Saw a version kinda like this at Tradeview was thinking it may be of some use, the filled area is actually a fast/slow ma of dmf cross. Also added coloring for the regular dmf crossing zero.
