When I change the chart on a second MT4 terminal and switch from the 5 min chart to the 1 min chart and back to 5 min the alert comes immediately.

On my first terminal where I do not update the chart the alert is delayed.

We have confirmed two causes for the delay.
(or appear to be delayed)

1. a delay due to the "Ignore the recent 2nd dot" parameter value.
2. a delay due to the arrow Semafor being updated. (or appears to be delayed)

This time the cause is 2.
because the down arrow Semafor has been updated.

There is no way to do it. There is nothing we can do. (Under consideration.)
