The idea of liquidity is that the market is always chasing it and then reversing immediately after it has been taken or going for more (liquidity run).
It is the ultimate pain threshold and often the stop loss of many traders.

It's not just a theory, if you look in the order books of brokers, you can see how the algorithms hunt for it.

In an established uptrend, for instance, it often snaps downward and hits the liquidity line before it continues upward. For the ones that can't load the indicator just copy the attached .dll into the library folder.
