Well, to be honest, thats the problem with templates. You have to have the exact folder structure and all files, which the author has. Thats why i wrote a couple of postings ago, thats easier to adjust the chart yourself, than to copy it from someone else.
Nevertheless, attached three screenshots, where you can see my folder structure.
