Alerts are based on the 15 seconds (initial value) after the time would have changed.
This specification cannot be changed.

Could you create something by mixing different graphic times?

example a sell on h1, and a sell also on m5, or
downtrend+sell in h1 and sell in m5

Note: this indicator is very useful for mixing in previously created panels
